I use essential oils to harness that power to provide you with aromas that can support sleep, energy, mood, pain, and skin. It is my deepest desire to provide blends that allow everyone to embrace the power contained in the aromas that are foundational to aromatherapy.

Services

Aromatherapy services use essential oils to achieve a desired effect. Each aromatherapy service will vary, depending on the results desired and the provider .

Essential oils may be inhaled, applied to skin, diffused and on occasion

(Not recommended without guidance from a trained aromatherapist/ Herbalist) ingested.
Aromatherapy benefits the physical body, mind and spirit. As the essential oils penetrate the skin and move throughout the body, they multi-task to accomplish the desired result
Aromatherapy can be administered to help heal. It may be used while moving through, or after, an illness to help rebuild the immune system. These wonderfully scented treatments also eliminate toxins and prove to be a great way to maintain a strong immune system.

Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.

Distant Reiki sessions work because energy is not limited by distance. Distance is only a physical limitation, so sessions can be done without clients being physically present. We are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole.
